Over the past few weeks, the way we go about our lives has changed dramatically and we have had to adapt the way we work. We’ve been busy behind the scenes to bring you a new kind of virtual bespoke tailoring experience, which we’re very excited to share. Our new online ordering platform will allow you to get ahead of the game and order from us remotely. From blazers to trousers to three-piece tuxedos, we have all possible options and occasions covered.
We are offering two levels of construction via the platform: Made-to-Measure and Made-to-Order. So, how does it work?
Made-to-Measure is available for all our existing made-to-measure clients, whose measurements we hold. If this is you, the platform will guide you through the design process, just as we would usually do in person, to create your garment. Of course, we’ll be available online or by phone at any time to help guide you through the process. Whether it’s a question about button choice or lapel width, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated completion date. Our tailors will begin work and will be in touch to organise a fitting, to ensure the final piece fits to perfection.
Made-to-Order is for those of you who have not yet had the opportunity to visit us in store, so we do not hold your measurements. The made-to-order process on our platform allows you to order a Jack Davison garment in a particular size. We have created a precise size chart and measuring guide to help inform your decision, and our tailors will be available online or by phone to help as needed. As with all of our creations, these made-to-order garments are crafted from scratch, so the design is yours, down to shoulders, lapels, linings and buttons. Once you have placed the order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the estimated completion date - and we’ll get stitching. When complete, we’ll ship the garment to your address of choice. For additional peace of mind, every made-to-order garment will come with one complimentary alteration, so should you need to visit us in store, all you need to do is ask.
Plus, we’ll be donating 10% of all profits made via online orders to the NHS.
