Construction
Bespoke
Following in the centuries old traditions of Savile Row tailoring, techniques and artistry, the Bespoke suit, overcoat, blazer or trouser is the highest quality class of clothing and the ultimate style experience. Your Bespoke suit starts with a conversation between you and your experienced tailor. After selecting your fabric from the world’s finest cloth mills and limitless styling details, an in depth set of measurements and body figurations are taken. From here your very own paper pattern will be hand drawn and cut from scratch. This will then be transferred to your chosen cloth to be constructed and sewn by hand ready for your first "basted" Bespoke suit fitting.
There will then be a series of further fittings, re-working the garment to achieve the perfect fit at each stage. A Bespoke jacket typically takes 40+ man hours to make, with the whole process taking around 10-12 weeks. Your paper pattern is stored safely and updated following your detailed fittings, ready for your next commission. This is the ultimate in individual styling and craftsmanship, the look and feel unmatched by any machine-made garment, the Bespoke suit is finely crafted according to your tastes and fit; it is a unique and personal piece of sartorial art.

Our Process
1. Book an Appointment
Join us at our shop on Bow Lane, London, or, if it suits you better, arrange for one of our tailors to visit you directly—just get in touch to schedule.
2. Discuss Your Style
We’ll sit down over a drink to talk through your needs and preferences. Together, we’ll pinpoint the perfect style, fabric, and cut for a suit or jacket that’s tailored to your life and vision.
3. Taking Measurements
Once your design is decided, we’ll take a detailed set of measurements to capture your frame accurately. These measurements form the foundation for your unique pattern.
4. Basted Fitting
A few weeks later, you’ll return for the first fitting. At this stage, the garment will be assembled loosely with baste stitching, allowing us to refine the fit and structure before moving on to the next stage.
5. Finishing & Final Fitting
By this point, your suit will be complete, with buttons, top-stitching, and other finishing touches all hand-sewn. At this fitting, we make final adjustments to ensure the fit is perfect, and then we carry out any last tweaks to guarantee everything is just as it should be.
6. Collection
After 10 to 12 weeks and typically three fittings, your suit is ready for collection. With several thousand stitches, countless hours of craftsmanship, and the expertise of our skilled team, your bespoke garment will be a true work of art.
