Construction

Made to Measure

Made-to-Measure tailoring is crafted from scratch using a personalised pattern, refined through try-on garments to achieve a precise fit. You’ll have complete control over the details - selecting your cloth, lining, lapel style, pocket design, fastening, vents, and trouser cut.

We offer three distinct jacket constructions to suit different preferences. A modern British cut provides structure with a lightweight chest canvas, lightly padded shoulders and a rope. For a more relaxed feel, we offer a softly tailored Italian silhouette with soft natural shoulders, or a fully unstructured, unlined option for effortless ease. Our team will guide you through the best choice during your consultation.

1. Arrange an Appointment

2. Discuss Your Style

We’ll take the time to understand your wardrobe, lifestyle, and personal preferences. From fabric selection to the finer details, we’ll tailor every element to your taste.

3. Taking Measurements

Using a combination of precise measurements and fitting garments, we ensure the perfect balance of comfort, proportion, and structure.

4. First Fitting

Around six weeks later, your garment will be ready for its first fitting. Here, we refine the fit, adjusting elements like the jacket’s waist, sleeve length, and trouser cut.

5. Final Adjustments

Any remaining refinements are made by hand in our London workshop, ensuring your garment is finished to the highest standard.

6. Collection

With final adjustments complete, your garment is ready to wear. You can collect it in-store for a final try-on.
